Mindful Motion Academy
Neurodiversity-informed assessment, therapy and psychoeducation.
Welcome
You deserve support that fits your brain — not the other way around.
If typical therapy never quite clicked, if you need more space, more clarity, a slower pace or deeper explanations, you’re not difficult — you’re neurodivergent. Book a visit or ADHD assessment and experience support designed for minds like yours, not against them.
Services & pricing
Individual ND-informed session (50 minutes)
One-to-one online support tailored to your way of thinking, feeling and processing.
Duration: 50 minutes
Fee: £50 per session
More details about individual sessions
We work at a pace that feels manageable for you, with clear structure and concrete explanations. Sessions are psychology- and psychoeducation-informed, with attention to how your brain actually works in everyday life.
Sessions are paid in advance. If you do not cancel in time and do not attend, the fee is non-refundable. Camera use is required.
ADHD assessment package for adults (5 × 50 minutes)
A structured five-session online process to explore your history, patterns and everyday life through an ADHD lens.
Duration: 5 online sessions × 50 minutes
Fee: £800 (paid before the first session)
More about the assessment process
The package includes a detailed life history interview (education, work, emotions, relationships and daily life), standardised questionnaires you complete at home, a structured diagnostic session and a follow-up session where we discuss results and create a support plan.
After the assessment you receive a psychology-informed description of your functioning, based on current research. You can share this document with your GP, employer/HR, occupational health, private or NHS psychiatry and other professionals.
This is not a formal NHS clinical diagnosis, but a thorough, professional report that can support further diagnostic or therapeutic decisions. Camera use is required; face-to-face appointments in Merseyside may be available – please contact us to discuss this.
Psychoeducation workshops
Psychoeducation workshops for small and large groups – for organisations, teams, parents and communities. Pricing depends on group size and topic.
More about workshops
We offer workshops on topics such as neurodiversity, ADHD in adults, emotional regulation and practical everyday tools. We can adapt content to your group or organisation – please contact us to discuss your needs.
Free 20-minute welcome call
A short, no-pressure online conversation where you can ask questions, see if our approach feels right for you, and decide on the next step together.
Have more detailed questions about the assessment, payment or next steps? You can find clear answers on our Q&A page.

How booking works – step by step
1. Go to the Services & pricing section and choose the option that fits you best.
2. Click the relevant booking button – you will be taken to our online calendar.
3. Select a suitable day and time, complete a short form and arrange payment in advance.
4. You will receive a confirmation email with the link for your online session.
5. All follow-up sessions are booked directly with your practitioner.
How to prepare for an online session
Try to find a space where you feel reasonably comfortable and where interruptions are kept to a minimum. Please check your internet connection, camera and microphone before the session if you can – this often reduces stress on the day.
We usually meet via Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom or WhatsApp video. You can let us know which platform feels most comfortable for you in the booking form or by email.
You are welcome to have water, a hot drink, a blanket, fidgets or anything that helps your body feel a little safer while we talk.
About us
Mindful Motion Academy was created by Aleksandra Cetera and Klaudia Reszka to offer gentle, evidence-informed support for adults whose brains do not fit the so-called “norm”.
Our work is psychology-informed, guided by NICE recommendations and rooted in current research on neurodiversity. We combine professional knowledge with lived experience and a lot of respect for how different, intense and complex life can feel when you are neurodivergent.
We are not an emergency service and cannot offer 24/7 support. If you are in crisis or feel at risk, please contact appropriate emergency services (see details in our Terms & Conditions and Q&A).
